Composition
- Abamectin 10% SC – IRAC Group 6
Pesticide properties:
- An insecticidal acaricide in IRAC Group 6. It acts mainly through ingestion with limited direct contact activity and modulates glutamate-gated chloride channels, causing paralysis and feeding cessation in susceptible pests.
- Abamectin provides translaminar activity within treated leaves, helping reach pests on the lower leaf surface. It is used against mites and leafminers and can also help reduce thrips and aphid populations in some uses.
